We know that successful change and progress accelerates diverse perspectives. As we shape our future, everyone's voice matters. Together, we can reimagine the world of work and, with our bold partners, make the impossible possible. This role sits at the center of how Magic Leap's People Team is reinventing itself, replacing manual workflows with automated, scalable solutions and building the infrastructure that lets the team operate leaner and think bigger. We’re looking for a People Team Program Manager to join our People function at Magic Leap. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role supporting the systems, programs, and communications that shape the employee experience across the company. You’ll provide direct support to our Senior HR Manager and work closely with People Team partners to plan, execute, and continuously improve core HR programs, transitioning manual processes toward scalable, productized solutions while also owning initiatives in learning, internal communications, and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable building a project plan and facilitating new hire orientation or other forward-facing initiatives with the operational discipline to manage multiple work streams and the people instincts to make every touchpoint feel intentional. This position is a temporary, six-month role providing coverage for an employee on a leave of absence (LOA).

  • Identify process gaps and lead efforts to streamline how the People Team plans and delivers its work, partnering with the HR Analyst and TSS where system or automation solutions are needed
  • Support change management efforts by ensuring program rollouts are communicated clearly, on time, and in a way that lands well with employees and managers alike
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to spearhead HR projects with multidisciplinary teams, aiming to boost operational efficiency and bolster employee morale
