What You’ll Do: The On-Ramp Program Manager is a senior leader responsible for expanding the program to meet the needs of all young adults seeking services. This role involves setting strategy, equipping supervisors, forming partnerships, and developing pathways for youth engagement. The Program Manager oversees both the Housing and On-Ramp programs, providing strategic direction and operational oversight, while supervisors handle daily operations. Key duties include ensuring objectives are met, maintaining high-quality services, implementing the TIP Mode of Care, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The manager also builds community partnerships to increase program impact and is part of The Relatives Senior Leadership Team, advancing the organization's mission. The Housing Case Management Supervisor, and Resource Center Supervisor report directly to the On Ramp Program Manager. Full job description can be sent upon request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university and one year directly related experience or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two years directly related experience.
  • age specific competency for children and adolescents
  • competency in the Administration of Medications
  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
  • Life Saving/Safety to include First Aid and CPR
  • Working with Mental Health Population through utilization of TCI and NMT
  • Blood Borne Pathogens and Infection Control
  • Valid NC or SC Driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory Experience preferred.
  • In lieu of educational requirements, a long history of supervisory experience in a human services agency may be acceptable.
