About The Position

The Program Manager, Value Execution is responsible for supporting the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of clinical operations programs. This role partners across clinical, operational, and technology teams to coordinate projects, manage operational processes, support workforce readiness, and drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives while ensuring efficient and effective program delivery. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, project management, or clinical operations
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating process documentation, workflows, and project plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Proven solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience supporting care management, care coordination, population health, or value-based care programs
  • Experience with operational reporting, workflow optimization, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting program implementations, pilots, or operational deployments
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, or post-acute care workflows

Responsibilities

  • Supports the operational execution and ongoing management of clinical operations programs, including implementation, deployment, and process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinates project plans, governance activities, meeting facilitation, action item tracking, communications, and reporting to support program objectives
  • Leads operational readiness activities for new workflows, pilots, facility onboarding, and service expansions
  • Partners with clinical, operational, analytics, and technology teams to gather requirements, prioritize work, and drive successful project execution
  • Supports maintenance of operational workflows, process documentation, job aids, and supporting resources
  • Manages system access and onboarding processes, including coordination of EMR access, security requests, and workforce readiness activities
  • Identifies risks, develops mitigation plans, and escalates issues as appropriate
  • Supports reporting and performance-monitoring activities to inform operational decision-making
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leads or participates in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
