We are seeking a high-performing Program Manager to join our M&A Integration team. This is a high-impact role responsible for turning strategic acquisitions into operational reality. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of integration efforts for assigned acquisitions—from pre-close planning through final handoff to the business. You will translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable workstreams; build and manage detailed integration plans; drive timelines and milestones; identify and mitigate risks; and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams that include senior leaders and functional operators. Your work will be critical to ensuring each acquisition delivers its intended value by seamlessly integrating new teams, customers, processes, and technologies into Stord. This is not a passive coordination role—you are a hands-on, strategic executor who proactively drives progress, resolves ambiguity, and keeps stakeholders aligned in fast-moving, high-visibility environments. This role reports directly to the Head of M&A Integration.
