The Corporate Development Integration team’s mission is to build and execute thoughtful, fast integration strategies that unlock and amplify the value of every acquisition. We partner across the organization to strengthen Robinhood’s M&A integration capabilities by improving tools, playbooks, and processes. The team focuses on consistent execution, clear decision-making, and measurable outcomes that support successful integrations! As an M&A Integration Manager, you will lead integration efforts across all phases of the M&A lifecycle, acting as a subject matter expert. You will align teams and acquired partners around integration priorities, translate strategy into execution plans, and help standardize practices that improve future acquisitions. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility, requiring strong judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to guide work across multiple business areas. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
