In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at any of our Schaumburg, Il - Lake Mary, Fl - Meridian, ID - or Rochester, NY locations. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. Position Overview In this role you will be responsible for managing all facets of designated training programs that enhance the capabilities of employees through continued education and skills training in alignment with department organizational goals. To do this, you will partner with key stakeholders in L&D, Product & Tech, and Marketing to ensure learning programs are aligned with the latest product enhancements, positioning statements, and go-to-market strategies. You will manage all aspects of maintaining the designated program(s) including design updates, communications, project management, and classroom facilitation as needed.
