Partners closely with stakeholders to identify current and future skill needs, analyze performance gaps, and recommend effective learning solutions. Leverages data, learning technology, and modern instructional practices to measure impact, improve performance, and support a culture of continuous learning. Conducts ongoing assessment and analysis to identify emerging development needs and evolves programs accordingly.
