The Program Manager, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP-PHP) leads a program designed to meet young adults at one of the most pivotal and vulnerable transitions of their lives. Ages 18 to 26 bring new independence, new responsibilities, and often new or intensified mental health challenges without the safety net of adolescence. This developmental window also coincides with the peak age of onset for many mental health conditions, making early, intensive intervention especially critical. Casa de Amparo's Program Manager oversees the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), ensuring the program's operations, staffing, and clinical standards are equipped to provide the stability young adults need to navigate this transition successfully. The position oversees treatment planning, documentation, utilization management, and billing productivity while ensuring compliance with governing agencies and Joint Commission accreditation standards and providing leadership and support to program staff. The Manager may provide direct clinical services and supervision, depending on qualifications and program need.
