About The Position

This role is a key cross-functional position responsible for managing and operationalizing integrated marketing programs across multiple teams and channels. You will ensure that strategic priorities are translated into coordinated, measurable campaigns executed efficiently and on time. The position requires a structured, detail-oriented leader who can thrive in complex environments, bringing clarity to ambiguity while fostering collaboration. You will act as the central point of coordination for marketing initiatives, connecting product, brand, content, communications, and operations teams. This role emphasizes operational excellence, accountability, and continuous process improvement, helping marketing programs drive impact across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to influence without direct authority, and experienced in full-funnel marketing in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, program management, or related roles
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns
  • Experience with integrated marketing frameworks and full-funnel campaign planning
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS organizations
  • Hands-on experience with project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with revenue-focused marketing motions, including pipeline, bookings, and lifecycle campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing planning process, including campaign development, prioritization, timelines, execution, and performance readouts
  • Partner with marketing leadership and functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable campaign plans
  • Facilitate planning sessions, cross-functional reviews, and ongoing communications to ensure alignment across teams
  • Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet objectives
  • Act as the central coordination point across marketing teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and handoffs throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Build, document, and optimize integrated marketing workflows, templates, and best practices
  • Provide leadership with regular visibility into campaign progress, risks, and outcomes, driving operational rigor and continuous improvement
