MakerKids is looking for a dependable Program Manager & Instructor to oversee the daily operations of our STEM programs. We're seeking a confident problem solver with experience working with children, behaviour management, or youth programs who communicates effectively and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to lead a team, deliver exceptional programs, and inspire the next generation of makers. A background or interest in STEM, education, or computer science is an asset. MakerKids runs award-winning STEM programs for kids in Coding, Robotics, and Minecraft. Our mission is to empower the next generation of makers through fun, educational, and hands-on programs. Featured in Wired, CTV, the Globe and Mail, and more, we’re pioneers in helping kids build real-world skills, confidence, and friendships through technology. As the Program Manager & Instructor, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting daily operations with a focus on staff management, scheduling, customer experience, and smooth program delivery. In addition to program management, you’ll actively teach classes, bringing our engaging STEM curriculum to life for kids ages 5-13. You'll help build a great team culture and act as a key player in driving the success of our programs.
