About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Infrastructure & OT Security to lead a critical global initiative focused on IT/OT separation, Operational Technology (OT) security enhancement, and infrastructure transformation. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of a new global OT domain, overseeing the migration of OT applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, business-critical security program. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams, suppliers, and stakeholders in a matrix environment while supporting the organization's strategic OT security objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or OT transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and associated security challenges.
  • Experience managing IT/OT separation initiatives, infrastructure migrations, or domain transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a global matrix organization.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams, SMEs, managed service providers, and third-party vendors.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security governance frameworks.
  • Understanding of OT security principles, network segmentation, resilience planning, and legacy system remediation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Strong budget management, governance, and program control experience.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with OT security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, ISA/IEC standards).
  • Knowledge of industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing IAM integrations within OT environments.
  • Security or project management certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of a new global OT domain to support IT/OT separation requirements.
  • Project manage the transition of OT applications into the new OT environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including SMEs, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, 3rd Line Support, and external suppliers.
  • Operate effectively within a matrix project management environment, managing competing priorities and varying delivery timelines.
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reporting to the central program office and Global Program Lead.
  • Drive improvements in OT security, authentication, and authorization controls across operational environments.
  • Support initiatives to increase resilience and stability by reducing dependencies on legacy and End-of-Life (EOL) systems.
  • Enable centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, including integration with enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions such as MyAccess IAM.
  • Ensure effective governance, budget management, resource planning, and program reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across the program.
