Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager III for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. Candidates must have a strong background in cybersecurity principles, risk management, and hands-on experience with secure IT systems design and implementation. Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Program Manager III job responsibilities include: Lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams. Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely execution. Drive resolution of complex technical and operational challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Manage vendor relationships and global manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards and compliance with program requirements. Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner. Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and change requests, maintaining financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (master's preferred). 5-7+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional hardware or technology programs. Proven ability to manage large-scale, global initiatives with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
