About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale application development initiatives within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting large-scale application development projects, preferably within telecommunications or similar complex environments
  • Demonstrated expertise managing scope, schedule, and budget for enterprise initiatives
  • Strong track record of leading high-visibility projects with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools including JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to drive projects forward with sound judgment, decisive leadership, and clear communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in structured environments

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are a plus but not required
  • Prior experience within the telecommunications industry or comparable regulated environments
  • Familiarity with telecom ordering systems and operational processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale application development initiatives
  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning with clear accountability for outcomes
  • Manage high-visibility programs involving cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Drive execution using established project management methodologies and governance standards
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to prevent delivery issues before they arise
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and executive-level reporting
  • Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Independently move initiatives forward without micromanagement, while maintaining alignment with leadership
