The Program Manager III serves as a strategic execution partner to Talent Practices leadership by leading the design, coordination, and implementation of complex, enterprise‑level talent management programs. This role translates talent strategy into scalable processes, tools, and experiences that strengthen leadership pipeline health, support succession planning, and enable objective, consistent, and evidence-based talent decisions across the organization. Leads users to apply best practices to ensure timely and effective channel/ program delivery and administration. The Program Manager III will be responsible and accountable for ensuring a high level of program performance in alignment with department and organizational priorities and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
