As a Program Manager III, you will assist the Executive Team at Indian River Hospital in managing program development and maintaining systems and procedures. Your assistance will help the team provide strategic steps, leading to an improvement in patient care. This role can act as a steppingstone to other opportunities within Cleveland Clinic as well. A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of related experience OR a Master’s Degree and four years of experience
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
  • Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
  • Act as liaison between the department and outside communities.
  • Serve a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Assist with the budgetary process.
  • Manage, develop, implement and maintain operational systems and activities.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
