As a Business Operations Program Manager for the Global Server Operations team, you will help influence the goal, strategy, and multi-year transformation of the end-to-end capabilities powering Google’s global fleet of data centers. Sit within the Server Operations Strategy and Operations team, you will lead complex initiatives to unlock efficiency across our global footprint. We are looking for a resilient, well-rounded strategic and operational who can thrive in ambiguity, critically evaluate high-stakes strategic issues, back them up with robust data analysis, and build the cross-functional alignment needed to execute rapidly. You will pair this strategic skillset with the adaptability, discipline, and the operational attention to detail required to manage multiple workstreams, communicate progress, delegate effectively, and unblock immediate operational bottlenecks, all while you are designing for the long-term. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience crafting and delivering communications, narratives, and status updates for leadership or executive stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building alignment across disparate teams.

Nice To Haves

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience identifying operational gaps, establishing structural rhythm of business excellence, and driving large-scale process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools (Large Language Models (LLMs), automation) into workflows and use data-driven insights to measure program Return on Investment (ROI) and scalability.
Actively demonstrates a mindset with the ability to unblock technical/operational bottlenecks, delegate effectively, and balance immediate day-to-day fixes with long-term strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Apply strategic thinking to develop long-term business strategies for data center operations, ensuring alignment with Cloud and AI2 infrastructure goals.
Act as a proactive to drive operational excellence and lead initiatives with an ability to drive continuous improvement via work processes, systems, AI, and more to enable the north star for the organization.
Conduct robust data analysis to provide value-adding insights and solve complex business problems, enhancing decision-making for deployment and operations teams.
Craft and deliver high-impact executive communications and status updates for executive leadership regarding program roadmap and strategic initiatives.
Develop robust work plans, establish a structured rhythm of business, and synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations to track progress and drive execution.
