Amazon is a data-driven business, so part of your role will involve gathering insights to make decisions. You’ll trial different ideas, analyze data to identify potential challenges, and present your findings to senior teams. The environment is fast-paced, deadline driven and you will need to be comfortable working on several initiatives at once. You have a desire to learn and experience new things, and a passion for improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Analytical strength, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to synthesize moving parts and drive the business forward.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to influence and make sound judgement calls, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement complex programs from idea to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Own and drive initiatives to continually improve the recruiting scheduling process.
  • Define timelines and communicate on status, risks, and process changes.
  • Thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization.
  • Partner strategically with senior leaders across Amazon's People Experience and Technology team, representatives across Amazon's lines of business, and internal AUTA team colleagues as the voice of the customer.
  • Refine existing processes and build new processes that connect candidates with opportunities at Amazon.
  • Focus on scheduling process, reporting and technology integration.
