As we scale, operational excellence across our G&A functions is vital. We’re hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that streamline how Box operates across Legal, People, Finance, Compliance, and IT. You’ll manage a portfolio of 3–4 initiatives, bring clarity to ambiguity, and drive measurable outcomes through strong governance, crisp communication, and a bias for action. Box is a hybrid workplace where in-person collaboration is core to our culture. This role is tied to our Redwood City HQ.
