About The Position

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress and deadlines across cross-functional partners, offices, and time zones. As a Spares Planner, you will develop supply chain spares strategies that support data center uptime service-level agreements while optimizing inventory, minimizing stockouts and excess and obsolescence, and promoting on-time delivery throughout the product life cycle. You will collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to support efficient product transitions and use analytics to establish and drive operational metrics. You will also work with cross-functional teams to improve tools, systems, and processes for greater operational efficiency and scalability. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with manufacturing, spares supply chain management, analytics, and new product introduction (NPI).
Experience supporting infrastructure and data center operations.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in supply chain areas including spares, demand and supply planning, fulfillment, and inventory and operations management.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute spares strategies, analytics, and reverse-flow processes that sustain technology used in global data centers.
Act as a leading team member in developing spares strategies throughout the product life cycle.
Enable on-time and predictable delivery of materials to all points of consumption.
Partner with Finance and Inventory Management on cost optimization and awareness through product transitions, inventory planning, and excess and obsolescence management.
Partner with the NPI team to support seamless production ramps for new technologies entering the global data center fleet.
Contribute to supply chain designs that enable scalable models in a dynamic product and supply-base environment.
Enable process improvements and tool development as the team evolves.
