The Program Manager II Community Based is responsible for the overall leadership and management of program operations including the delivery of quality services. This is a full-time (40+ hours) position, primarily on a Monday-Friday day shift schedule, but flexibility for some occasional evening hours may be required. The role involves assisting in budget development and fiscal responsibility, monitoring program utilization, developing systems of accountability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and agency requirements. The position requires engaging in regular communication with staff, building relationships with funders and community partners, and handling emergency situations. It also involves participating in DEIB efforts, staying current with community needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing programs and staff. The role may involve managing agency-wide processes, contract development, and working with executive stakeholders to evaluate program goals. A high level of autonomy is expected for change management to achieve successful program outcomes. As a trusted leader, this position maintains availability to address emerging priorities and ensure continuity of support.
