As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience writing communications on behalf of executives to various audiences.
  • Experience guiding programs related to headcount planning, team culture, or new hire onboarding.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in change management to transform an organization’s culture and operations.
  • Ability to grow relationships and deepen partnerships with demonstrated executive presence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and drive execution to increase organizational effectiveness with hiring velocity, onboarding, headcount management, and team culture.
  • Support an organizational leader and their operational leads with run of business, collateral building, organization-wide communications, and summit planning.
  • Create, refine, and simplify complex operational processes and reduce toil for organizational leaders by improving and operationalizing workflows.
  • Ensure alignment of executive cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders on key operational programs and organizational priorities.
