About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a growing enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) program. This initiative is focused on building and scaling a centralized IAM platform that enhances security, improves user access control, and supports enterprise-wide adoption. This role will provide strategic oversight, governance, and execution across all initiatives while partnering closely with product and cybersecurity leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience in Program Management
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple workstreams
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Lead and manage an enterprise IAM program spanning multiple Agile workstreams and sprint team
Partner with product owners and security leadership to define and execute the program roadmap
Oversee end-to-end program governance, including risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams onboarding to the IAM platform
Consolidate and deliver program-level reporting across all workstreams (status, risks, metrics, dependencies)
Present updates to executive stakeholders and steering committees
