Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in financial services, bank operations, wires or similar position
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Very organized with the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Internet

Responsibilities

Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting procedures & guidelines.
Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.
Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.
Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.
Develop and maintain client relationships through superior service.
Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other Specialty program quotes/accounts as needed
May perform miscellaneous projects for the Specialty Business management team.
