As a Program Manager 1, you will independently manage standard employee listening programs, ensuring they remain within scope, budget, and timeline. You will build strong program management and communication skills while establishing credibility with customers and internal peers as a reliable partner in delivering high-quality results. Requirements

  • Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in program or project management, ideally in a SaaS, research, or data-driven environment.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Organization & Detail: Proven attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and customer success.
  • Communication: Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to establish credibility with customers.
  • Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfort navigating project management tools, processes, and cross-functional platform configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution: Independently manage standard employee listening programs, delivering projects successfully within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Customer Partnership: Partner directly with customers to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver results aligned with Perceptyx’s best practices.
  • Risk & Escalation: Proactively identify and escalate risks, maintaining clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth survey launches and efficient reporting delivery; flag potential expansion signals to CS and Sales partners.
  • Process Contribution: Contribute to process improvements and share feedback to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to establish yourself as a credible and reliable program lead.
  • Systems Management: Maintain organized program documentation across systems of record (Certinia, Gainsight, Google Drive, etc.).
