About The Position

Our North American Transportation team consists of dynamic, high-performing
groups that shape network execution through innovative transportation and
delivery management concepts. The Transportation Execution team in North
American Transportation is seeking a Program Manager to lead the analysis and
execution of volume allocations to our transportation partners. This role
entails in-depth analysis of transportation cost drivers and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to address specific areas while enhancing customer
experience and optimizing transportation costs through proper volume
allocations. The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of program
implementation, manage multiple concurrent projects, and effectively prioritize
them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• 1+ years of program or project management experience
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Supply chain, transportation, or logistic network management solution experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and refine program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams.
• Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
• Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
• Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.
• Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
• Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
• Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.
