The Program Manager, HP Delivery will manage the development and implementation process of the company's products and services. This role involves coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products, monitoring projects from initiation through delivery, including planning schedules and monitoring budget/spending. The Program Manager will organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints. This position is common in a matrix organization and often requires a technical background to fulfill overall project management responsibilities, focusing on specific projects with a distinct beginning and end.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in program or project management within a cross‑functional environment
Demonstrated experience driving complex initiatives from planning through execution
Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly at multiple levels
Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Experience bringing structure, processes, and clarity to evolving or ambiguous programs
Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivery and outcomes

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or a regulated environment
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience working closely with product, engineering, or operations team

Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery of key outcomes
Partner with stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, and success metrics
Create structure and visibility across multiple workstreams and initiatives
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep work moving forward
Communicate progress and insights to teams and leaders to support effective decision‑making
