The Program Manager, Global Trade Initiatives is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple cross functional programs within KLA Services, with a primary focus on business continuity planning, global trade–related initiatives, and operational process improvement. The Program Manager works with stakeholders across levels of the organization—from senior leaders to front line teams—to help translate strategic objectives into executable plans and day to day actions. The role requires the ability to move quickly between strategic planning and tactical execution, manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and support effective coordination across teams operating in regulated and operationally complex environments.
