About The Position

The Program Manager, Global Supply Chain Network Design will drive the global optimization and strategic evolution of Everpure’s supply chain network to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. This technical leadership role combines industrial engineering rigor with data-driven decision-making, setting analytical direction for network modeling to support executive-level expansion and transformation plans. The role leads cross-functional initiatives covering landed cost, service levels, manufacturing process capabilities, and CO2 emissions tracking, working closely with IT, hardware engineering, and global operations. The position is based primarily in Everpure’s Santa Clara, California office and may require 5% to 10% domestic or international travel.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in process analysis, simulation, and supply chain optimization methods applied to network design.
  • Experience setting direction for supply chain modeling tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical transformation projects across supply chain, IT, and engineering teams through ambiguity.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Practical understanding of contract manufacturing, JDM/ODM engagement models, test infrastructure, and factory qualification standards.
  • Hands-on capability using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude to accelerate data analysis, automated reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Coupa Supply Chain Guru or AIMMS.
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Define scenario logic, digital twin framing criteria, and tradeoff analyses for the Network Design Modeler, translating operational data into strategies for total landed cost, service levels, CO2 emissions, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Evaluate and align global contract manufacturers and facilities using JDM design RFQ processes, L6/L10 manufacturing maturity, test infrastructure, and resiliency criteria to ensure site-to-site process equivalency.
  • Lead multi-workstream supply chain transformation projects from inception to closure using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks, optimizing technical scope, operational budgets, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Own the network modeling tools roadmap as product owner, prioritizing features and user stories in partnership with IT and architecture teams.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations to reduce cost, shorten lead times, and strengthen global risk management.
