This position oversees and leads the Collegiate Recovery and Wellness Program, providing strategic direction, resources, and a supportive community for students in recovery and those seeking to enhance their overall well-being. The role involves managing and evaluating recovery and wellness initiatives, peer support networks, and the creation of safe, inclusive environments. It also includes designing, implementing, and assessing prevention programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns on various wellness topics. A key responsibility is providing oversight and leadership in assisting students involved in the student conduct process, identifying barriers to success, and guiding efforts to overcome challenges through holistic support services. The Program Manager supervises and supports the development of individualized action plans for student rehabilitation and personal growth, and champions the application of restorative justice principles. Additionally, the role leads program accreditation and compliance processes with relevant organizations to ensure program quality and continuous improvement.
