This position will support the Research Integrity Office in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences with a primary focus on school-wide efforts to foster a culture of research integrity through education and training. The Program Manager for Research Integrity will lead the delivery of research integrity education programming which may include curriculum design and development, logistics management, program analysis, and project management. In addition, they will work in concert with the Director of Research Integrity/Research Integrity Officer to implement the FAS, Harvard University, and federal research policies on handling allegations of research misconduct. The Program Manager will interface extensively with other members of the University research community; major collaborative touch points will be with faculty-chaired committees, the FAS Office of Research Administration, the Office of Post-Doctoral Affairs, the HMS Office for Academic and Research Integrity, the Administrative Board of the Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, the Harvard University Information Security and Data Privacy team, and the Title IX Office. In collaboration with, and at the direction of, the Director of Research Integrity, the Program Manager role will include the following responsibilities:
