The Experiential Learning and Student Success Program Manager provides leadership for initiatives that support Honors students, primarily beyond the first year, as they pursue transformative educational experiences and prepare for life after graduation. The Program Manager develops and coordinates programs that encourage participation in high-impact practices, including undergraduate research, creative activities, civic and community engagement, global learning, and internships. The Program Manager also connects students to leadership experiences and professional development opportunities that will strengthen their career readiness. The Program Manager also leads assessment and reporting efforts related to student engagement, learning outcomes, and post-graduation success. The Program Manager works closely with the Coordinator of First-Year Experience and Community Engagement to create an integrated student development pathway that supports Honors students throughout their collegiate journey. More specifically, the Coordinator of First-Year Experience and Community Engagement takes the lead in helping students find their place in the Honors community (i.e., belonging and transition), while this position takes the lead in helping students leverage that community into meaningful experiences to ensure successful post-graduation outcomes (i.e., purpose and preparation).
