Position Summary EBI is seeking a full-time Program Manager/ESA Reviewer to conduct due diligence services. The successful candidate will conduct quality control reviews of technical report deliverables including, but not limited to, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), Regulatory Database Search Reports and/or Record Search Risk Assessments (RSRAs). In addition, client management of technical assessment outcomes is a primary responsibility of this position, including routine communication and consulting with internal and external clientele. This position reports directly to the Technical Director and can be either a work from home or in-office arrangement, depending on location. As such, candidates need to be comfortable with this work arrangement and have demonstrable ability to thrive in this environment. Due to potential for travel, candidates located in New England will be given priority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting
  • Must meet ASTM E1527 qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Organized, with the ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, as well as phone and email
  • Strong candidates will possess excellent technical report writing skills
  • Ability to travel to remote locations by means of all modes of transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector Certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete QC reviews of technical report deliverables
  • Communication of outcomes with internal and external clientele
  • Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (draft/final reports, etc)
  • Travel on short notice (one week or less) will be required at times
