Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification.
  • Certified/Chartered Safety Professionals or certification from an equivalent agency.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive EHS training program, aligned with industry best practices. Ensure the program is compliant and scalable as well as positions Compliance Strategy and Risk Management (CSRM) as a leader in EHS innovation.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining safety standards (e.g., Regional Safety Technical Standards, electrical safety program, energy isolation standard).
  • Identify and address potential risks within the business, develop and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery and associated electrical risks.
  • Forge partnerships with EHS leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. Ensure all training content is aligned with Technical Infrastructure's evolving EHS priorities, objectives, and standards.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through various metrics. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and propose new training initiatives based on your findings.
