About The Position

Goosehead Insurance's Revenue Operations PPMO is seeking a Program Manager - Enterprise Sales to support the Enterprise Sales team directly while reporting to the Head of PPMO. This highly visible role will oversee strategic initiatives related to partnerships onboarding, marketing, optimization, and management. The Program Manager will drive marketing strategies with both existing and new strategic partners to maximize revenue and profitability, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen partner relationships. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong sense of accountability and a focus on bottom-line results. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a strategic, analytical mindset to monitor and improve performance. The Program Manager will continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for partnership growth, collaborating closely with Enterprise Sales, Technology, Marketing, and Product teams to meet objectives and drive partner optimization and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives or cross-functional programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and traditional program management practices
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Proficiency in program and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience presenting to and working with executive leadership
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes and business impact

Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain program roadmaps, define strategic objectives, and align initiatives with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Strategic Partnerships, IT, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across all workstreams.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Identify program-level risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery across multiple projects.
  • Execution Oversight: Monitor progress across projects within the program, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to manage visibility and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide executive-level reporting and insights on program status, achievements, risks, and strategic impacts. Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Change Enablement: Lead change management efforts across the program, ensuring changes are communicated effectively and adopted across impacted teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize partnership operations and program delivery processes, leveraging feedback and performance metrics.
