About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager - DevOps System Integration to join their talented team. This role is responsible for defining, scoping, and overseeing the successful execution of an integration program, managing the strategy for data analysis, mapping, and migration, and coordinating technical teams. The ideal candidate will identify and mitigate program risks, provide clear status reporting to senior leadership, and ensure compliance and documentation are finalized.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical program or project management, delivering complex system integrations or platform migrations in a large, regulated technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted technical projects, including defining scope, managing timelines, and driving cross-functional accountability.
  • Strong functional understanding of the systems of record typically involved in managing software development assets (e.g., application inventory, source control systems, identity management).
  • Exceptional program communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) data models and its function as a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with GitHub Enterprise and related migration/access management efforts is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define, scope, and oversee the successful execution of the integration program, establishing clear objectives, critical path milestones, and success criteria.
  • Manage and govern the strategy for data analysis, mapping, and migration, ensuring alignment between Client’s asset data structures and bank’s target systems of record.
  • Coordinate engineering teams responsible for configuring and validating the target systems (e.g., application inventory platforms, Identity and Access Management tools) to correctly absorb and manage the incoming Client component data.
  • Identify, track, and actively mitigate program risks, dependencies, and inter-team conflicts to keep the integration timeline on track.
  • Serve as the primary program liaison, providing timely, clear, and high-quality status reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders across engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Oversee the rigorous testing and validation protocols post-migration, ensuring that all components meet compliance standards, and ensuring comprehensive program documentation is finalized.
