About The Position
PD&M Operations provides the foundation that enables the Product, Design & Marketing organization to run smoothly at scale, focusing on practices, tools, and culture so teams can work effectively and deliver great customer experiences. The Program Manager, Design Tools & Enablement leads implementation, enablement, governance, and ongoing management of enterprise tools supporting creative and product organizations. The role partners with business teams, Technology, and external vendors to understand how teams work, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure tools are adopted effectively and continuously improved. The initial focus is Figma, while the broader role applies common skills and practices across the portfolio of tools managed by PD&M Operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, operations, tool implementation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from requirements through implementation and adoption.
- Deep expertise in Figma, including enterprise administration, configuration, permissions, libraries, governance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing and managing tools or platforms across multiple teams or organizations.
- Experience driving adoption of new tools, practices, processes, or ways of working.
- Strong understanding of design and product lifecycles, from requirements and planning through delivery and release.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder-management, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems independently, and proactively identify and address challenges.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Nice To Haves
- Background in UX/UI, product design, design operations, frontend development, or a related field.
- Experience administering enterprise design, collaboration, or productivity platforms.
- Experience with project and workflow management platforms such as Wrike or Airtable.
- Experience working with SaaS vendors and enterprise Technology organizations.
- Experience developing training, enablement, or organizational change-management programs.
- Experience working in a large, global, or highly distributed organization.
