We are seeking an experienced Data Integrity & Management Transformation Program Manager to serve as a key member of a newly established Enterprise Transformation Office. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead, this individual will lead enterprise-wide data readiness, governance, quality, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and management initiatives supporting large-scale business transformation programs, ERP implementations, operational process improvements, and strategic business initiatives. This role will serve as the program/project manager responsible for ensuring business-critical data is accurate, complete, trusted, governed, and ready to support enterprise transformation initiatives. Success requires exceptional analytical experience, strong business process knowledge, executive consulting skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into structured data management activities. The successful candidate must thrive in an environment where they personally own deliverables from concept through completion while partnering with business leaders, technology teams, functional subject matter experts, and executive leadership. This position requires balancing strategic leadership with detailed execution. Responsibilities include developing enterprise data governance practices, coordinating master data management initiatives, overseeing data cleansing and validation activities, supporting ERP implementations including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream, managing business data readiness, coordinating data migration activities, establishing repeatable governance processes, and delivering executive reporting that enables informed business decisions while strengthening long-term enterprise data capabilities. This is a 9+ month remote role requiring up to 1–2 weeks of travel per month. Candidates must be able to work Central Time hours and be fully authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer. Please note that we do not work C2C.
