About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager to lead Data, Analytics, Cloud Data Platform, and AI-enabled transformation programs for Financial Services clients. This highly client-facing consulting leadership role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, financial performance, scope management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across $1M-$5M+ engagements. The ideal candidate will bring recent consulting experience, strong Data transformation expertise, Financial Services domain exposure, and a proven track record of leading distributed teams while managing program financials, change requests, and client relationships. Required experience includes recent consulting or professional services experience, Data & Analytics transformation delivery, Financial Services domain exposure, SOW and change request management, budgeting and forecasting, and managing globally distributed teams of 25+ resources.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-year Data, Analytics, Digital, and GenAI transformation programs for enterprise clients.
Manage delivery of large deals ($1M-$5M+), ensuring execution is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Drive the full program lifecycle: planning, estimation, execution, governance, and closure.
Establish and track program KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships.
Set and manage client expectations effectively, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
Lead and support proposal development, solution estimation, and business case creation.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and drive incremental revenue growth.
Own financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
Proactively identify scope creep and deviations from agreed deliverables.
Define and execute change management governance, including: Creation and management of change orders, Effort re-estimation and impact assessment, Influencing clients to align on revised scope, timelines, and commercials, Write detailed SoW and Change orders
Ensure strong governance and contractual compliance throughout program execution.
Lead solution sizing, effort estimation, and resource planning, often within aggressive timelines.
Develop comprehensive delivery plans, including dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Manage large, geographically distributed teams (onshore/offshore) delivering complex programs.
Optimize resource allocation across locations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
Drive programs across key areas: Data Governance & Data Management, Data Migration & Integration, Cloud & Big Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning, GenAI transformation initiatives
Champion modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
