The Program Manager for Strategic Integration is responsible for delivery of project results within a portfolio of strategic initiatives that drive organizational alignment, operational integration, and enterprise transformation. This role ensures initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed in alignment with business strategy, while enabling cross-functional collaboration, measurable value delivery, and sustainable organizational change. This leader connects program requirements, resources and budget into key program deliverables that accelerate business performance, reduce fragmentation, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
