Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).

Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision and strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business goals.
  • Oversee execution across all phases—ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration—ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts, enabling smooth collaboration and timely decision-making.
  • Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities.
  • Monitor progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide clear, concise updates through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Act as the single source of truth for program status, escalating issues and decisions when necessary.
  • Continuously improve workflows and execution efficiency.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Implement scalable solutions and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate all aspects of go-to-market execution and post-launch support.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support, and operations.
  • Establish post-launch monitoring and feedback loops, enabling rapid iteration and issue resolution.
