About The Position

Trissential is hiring a Program Manager – Compliance to join their client’s team. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory excellence across the organization. The position offers an opportunity to shape compliance strategy, drive accreditation success, and influence healthcare quality at scale. The role involves leading high-impact initiatives and partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate patient safety and operational excellence. It also provides an environment to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and performance improvement methodologies, with opportunities for visibility through presenting insights directly to senior leadership and collaborating with experienced healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality, or program management
  • Strong expertise in TJC, CMS, MDH, and related healthcare regulations
  • Proven ability to lead accreditation efforts and regulatory surveys
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and compliance gap analyses
  • Knowledge of OSHA, building, and fire safety codes
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects and process improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, reporting tools, and data tracking systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience interacting with multiple healthcare regulatory agencies
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • CPHQ, ASQ, or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) certification
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Background in statistical analysis
  • Master’s degree in healthcare or business
  • Relevant certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, CPHQ, ASQ, or CJCP

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support accreditation processes, including The Joint Commission (TJC) surveys and regulatory reviews
  • Manage compliance monitoring programs and ensure ongoing readiness across the organization
  • Conduct gap assessments, assign risk levels, and implement corrective action plans
  • Oversee regulatory surveillance and track changes from CMS, MDH, and other governing bodies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute compliance strategies
  • Facilitate and lead on-site surveys and internal audits
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive decision-making
  • Utilize Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and outcomes
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
