The Program Manager provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices. The Program Manager leads team success by supporting staff development, promoting accountability, and coordinating team functions and community initiatives. This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong partnerships and aligning with organizational goals. This Program Manager will be responsible for supervising a new grant for our new Forensic-ACT (F-ACT) team as well as other court facing case management teams. The role will also directly supervise the 2 RTD Co-Responders. They will be working alongside an additional Program Manager to support service connection for individuals seeking WellPower services and who are involved in the Criminal Justice System. This role may also support the Criminal Justice Access team as well as the Competency Restoration Educators when needed.
