About The Position

Join AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC) as a Program Manager driving the evolution and execution of our Future Sellers Academy (FSA). As a single-threaded owner of FSA's cohorts, you'll combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to continuously improve our cornerstone talent development program. Your mission: accelerate success by executing programs that build both individual career growth and organizational success. While collaborating with leadership on strategy, you'll own the mechanics of FSA delivery, leverage AI tooling to enable at-scale programs, and develop a unique perspective to help AWS and individual sellers. While collaborating with leadership on overall strategy, you'll own the mechanics of FSA delivery, drive efficiency at scale, and serve as a thought leader in early career technical sales talent development. Your unique perspective will help AWS anticipate and adapt to changing talent landscapes, ensuring our programs remain innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • 3+ years of leading large complex programs. Sales or talent programs preferred.

  • Own and optimize FSA program tracks, ensuring best-in-class delivery while driving continuous improvement
  • Execute programs that build sellers' success and the organization's success through structured enablement and progression pathways
  • Leverage AI tooling to enable at-scale programs that maximize reach and impact without sacrificing quality
  • Drive revenue acceleration by developing sales-ready talent that ramps faster and performs at higher levels
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging practices to provide strategic insights for program evolution
  • Build and maintain robust feedback mechanisms across all levels of the organization
  • Partner with leadership to translate strategy into actionable program components
  • Serve as a thought leader in early career technical sales talent development, helping shape the future of our programs
