Join AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC) as a Program Manager driving the evolution and execution of our Future Sellers Academy (FSA). As a single-threaded owner of FSA's cohorts, you'll combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to continuously improve our cornerstone talent development program. Your mission: accelerate success by executing programs that build both individual career growth and organizational success. While collaborating with leadership on strategy, you'll own the mechanics of FSA delivery, leverage AI tooling to enable at-scale programs, and develop a unique perspective to help AWS and individual sellers. While collaborating with leadership on overall strategy, you'll own the mechanics of FSA delivery, drive efficiency at scale, and serve as a thought leader in early career technical sales talent development.
