About The Position

The Boston University Clinical and Translational Science Institute (BU CTSI) is seeking to hire Three Program Managers to join its Program Manager's Collaborative. This collaborative approach emphasizes shared responsibility, collaborative decision-making, and alignment with organizational priorities. The Collaborative consists of seven Program Managers who work across BU CTSI to support its vision of pioneering a sustainable, inclusive research ecosystem that stimulates novel approaches to Translational Science, thereby accelerating research that brings therapeutic agents and interventions more efficiently and effectively to all patients. BU CTSI supports this vision by fostering collaboration and innovation in generating reproducible, groundbreaking scientific knowledge, and then accelerating its dissemination and implementation across translational science. The Program Managers provide comprehensive program support for BU CTSI programs across five focus areas: Community Engagement, Workforce Development, Data Science, Services & Resources, and AI projects and overall technical support (which works across all modules). The PM Collaborative functions as a learning community to ensure program needs align with stated objectives and participates in the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Dissemination & Implementation (D&I) teams.

Requirements

  • Apply a multilevel approach across the broader community, our Partner the Boston Medical Center, our Main Collaborator VA Boston, Stakeholders and the CTSA Network to ensure impactful communication of BU CTSI initiatives, research outcomes, and institute achievements.
  • Provide administrative and grant support.
  • Work on special projects as needed.

Responsibilities
