The role owns coaching module development, field interaction tracking, Business Insights partnership, and the integration of advisor platforms with the program's advisor behavior standards. The Program Manager links the field team to the dedicated Business Insights analyst, ensuring reporting is timely, relevant, and translated into program action. Approximately 75% of this role is program operations and build; 25% is direct collaboration with the field team and cross-functional partners.
