About The Position

The Program Manager, Client Relationship Expansion is a hands-on operator responsible for the curriculum, infrastructure, and operational discipline that allow the firm's Relationship Expansion programs to run at scale. The role owns coaching module development, field interaction tracking, Business Insights partnership, and the integration of advisor platforms with the program's advisor behavior standards. The Program Manager links the field team to the dedicated Business Insights analyst, ensuring reporting is timely, relevant, and translated into program action. Approximately 75% of this role is program operations and build; 25% is direct collaboration with the field team and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in program management, financial services operations, advisor enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a field-facing team or advisor development program strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build structured learning content, playbooks, or program curricula.
  • Strong written communication — able to translate complex advisory concepts into clear, field-ready language.
  • Comfortable working with BI outputs and reporting tools.
  • Able to interpret opportunity data and translate it into program recommendations.
  • Experience with advisor platforms such as eMoney, Aspen, or Salesforce-adjacent tools preferred.
  • Comfort with web-based tools; HTML or structured content familiarity a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented and systems-driven.
  • Manages multiple active markets and workstreams without losing accuracy or follow-through.
  • Effective cross-functional partner — able to work across BI, technology, and field teams with clarity and accountability.
  • Comfortable in a growing, evolving program environment where processes are still being built.
  • Ownership mindset — sees gaps and closes them without being asked.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI experience a plus.
  • HTML or structured content familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain coaching modules, advisor field guides, and program playbooks across all four Relationship Expansion offerings — translating advisor behavior standards into structured, repeatable learning content.
  • Own version control and distribution of program materials; ensure content is current, accurate, and field-ready.
  • Develop and iterate on advisor-facing tools, including conversation frameworks, opportunity one-pagers, and session preparation guides.
  • Support onboarding content for M&A-integrated advisors entering Relationship Expansion programs.
  • Manage the record of advisor and Managing Partner engagements across active markets — session notes, follow-ups, and outcomes — ensuring continuity between touchpoints.
  • Prepare advisor session briefs for the Senior Director and Director of Field Development, compiling opportunity data, practice context, and prior session notes.
  • Maintain engagement logs and pipeline status across markets; surface patterns and gaps to the field team on a regular cadence.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for market activation sessions across all three divisions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the field team and the Business Insights analyst dedicated to SOW and Relationship Expansion reporting.
  • Define reporting needs with the BI analyst; interpret opportunity data and translate it into actionable intelligence for the Senior Director and Director of Field Development.
  • Manage delivery of scheduled and ad hoc program reporting — including market engagement health, pipeline volume, conversion tracking, and advisor activity.
  • Identify reporting gaps or data quality issues affecting program decisions and escalate to the BI analyst with clear requirements.
  • Ensure Opportunity Engine 2.0 and Aspen enhancements align with the program's advisor behavior standards — so platform updates reinforce the approach rather than create friction.
  • Serve as the program team's point of contact for advisor-platform integration questions, coordinating with the technology team as needed.
  • Maintain and iterate HTML-based field tools (intake forms, market view tools, session trackers) used by the field team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the advisor and Managing Partner experience through better tool design or platform integration.
  • Capture learnings from field interactions, identify patterns across markets, and drive continuous improvement of program materials and activation approach.
  • Document program processes and maintain operational runbooks so the program can scale without relying on knowledge held by any single individual.
  • Support the Senior Director in preparing internal communications, leadership updates, and program performance summaries.
