The Program Manager for the Nursing Assistant program is primarily responsible for ensuring the program meets the established standards of Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). The manager is responsible for mentoring faculty to provide exceptional teaching in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings. The Program Manager will collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve academic planning, assessment of student learning, achievement of learning outcomes, evaluation of program outcomes, and guide others to effectively address the diverse needs of students to enhance the quality of the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Program. Compensation for the Program Manager- Certified Nursing Assistant is $62,358.40 - $71,718.40 annually.
