Help build the future of adolescent mental health care in Alberta. CASA Mental Health is expanding its circle of care around the province to provide much-needed mental health services to as many families as possible – where they need it, when they need it. As part of this expansion, CASA Mental Health is opening a CASA House facility in Fort McMurray in 2027 that will serve youth with both day and live-in programming. CASA House is a live-in program for teens who need support with significant mental health and/or addiction challenges. Teens stay at CASA House for an average of four months. This is a unique opportunity to help establish a first-of-its-kind service in your community. As a foundational leader, you will play a key role in building the program before opening, including recruiting and developing high-performing teams, establishing clinical and operational processes, strengthening community partnerships and preparing the program to deliver exceptional care from day one. About the Role Reporting to the Director, Clinical – CASA House and Day Programs, the Program Manager provides operational leadership and oversight for an innovative new integrated model of care, bringing together CALOCUS Level 5 (CASA House) and Level 4 (Adolescent Day Program) within a single purpose-built program. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader who thrives in building teams, leading change and creating exceptional programs that will shape the future of adolescent mental health care in Alberta. Successful candidates will be energized by the opportunity to establish services and shape organizational culture from the ground up.
