About The Position

The Program Manager B2B / B2C will lead the coordination and operational execution of complex initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role serves as the central hub for both B2B and B2C programs, driving alignment among cross-functional teams and ensuring that campaigns, merchant approvals, and creative reviews are executed efficiently and accurately. You will support strategic goals by streamlining processes, maintaining operational clarity, and facilitating communication between Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role provides the opportunity to influence both internal processes and external customer experiences, supporting scalable, high-quality program delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within technology, consulting, or e-commerce environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives across B2B and B2C workstreams
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep multiple teams aligned and on track
  • Experience coordinating compliance, review, or approval processes, such as creative, legal, or policy
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational and organizational hub for B2B and B2C initiatives, coordinating workflows, tracking deliverables, and ensuring program efficiency
  • Oversee campaign go-to-market processes, including creative reviews, merchant approvals, and alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update program roadmaps, supporting localization and scaling of creative platforms, messaging, and product features across markets
  • Plan and execute recurring internal stakeholder reviews, centralizing materials and capturing clear action items and decisions
  • Implement and optimize project management tools and communication channels to enhance team visibility, collaboration, and accountability
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and high-quality program outputs
