About The Position

The Account Coordinator, B2C is an entry-level role that will perform specific tactical job functions through cross-functional management of multiple internal departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general educational development (GED) diploma or certificate is required.
  • Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to customers and value sales reps.
  • Create and manage items in customer systems.
  • Assist with shipment bookings in customer portals.
  • Secure images and title metadata from the publishers.
  • Submit title set-up forms to customers and input SKU information in the distribution system.
  • Act as a customer support agent - communicate effectively with the ReaderLink team member who manages the clients through written and verbal communication to ensure that outstanding service is provided, meeting each request and deadline.
  • Set up virtual bundles in the internal system and communicate those details to the customer.
  • Responsible for submitting purchase orders, tracking and monitoring inbound shipments, processing promotional orders, and tracking placement reports.
  • Add titles to the internal system as needed.
  • Participate in customer-facing calls and advocate customer needs to internal teams.
  • Monitor customer's online sites to ensure titles are available and all content is complete and accurate.
  • Work closely with the account management team and support other internal departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Needs to be able to quickly assess a customer inquiry or account task, determine a solution or information needed, and own the process through completion and follow-up.
  • Produce ad-hoc sales reports and stock-level information.
  • Explicit dedication to the company, account team, and key retailers.
  • Daily communication with ReaderLink's retail customers.
  • Primary liaison with ReaderLink Distribution Centers to coordinate the needed service/execution levels.
  • Provide administrative/account support as needed.
  • Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage the needs of the DCs, Inventory, and account management team.
  • Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
