About The Position
RTX Enterprise Application Services Application Modernization team is seeking a Compliance Execution Program Lead to help with initiatives centered around technical debt remediation and "OneRTX" which is a harmonization initiative. You will play a lead pivotal role in these transformations.
Requirements
- Technical background in replatforming applications (not intended to be hands-on technical, but must have a strong technical background in past career).

Responsibilities
- Driving execution by managing teams that will be executing on application migration events.
- Putting together cohesive project plans with scope, timeline, and plans.
- Providing best practices.
